Passport to Leisure

From 1st January 2009 the price to join the Passport to Leisure programme is increasing from £5.00 to £7.50. There will also be a renewal fee of £5.00 per applicant (£3.00 for additions to the family and £1.00 for dependants). Milton Keynes Council has decided to implement these charges to cover annual costs associated with running the scheme. It also ensures that the Milton Keynes Council Passport to Leisure programme is offered at a similar price to the rest of the country. If you would like any more information about Passport to Leisure joining or renewal fees please call 01908 252875. Passport to Leisure

Sport & Leisure Strategy Consultation

Milton Keynes Council has recently commissioned a review of all the leisure and physical recreation facilities in Milton Keynes. Consultants have been asked to look at the sporting structures which exist in order to try and identify the best way to support and deliver leisure, physical education and physical activity in the area. The results of this initial consultation have been incorporated into a draft report however we are keen to offer everyone the opportunity to comment.

The deadline for responding to this consultation has been extended to the 21st January 2009
