Milton Keynes Council provides a free collection of bulky household items from fridges and washing machines to sofas and dining tables.

The Recycling Team can arrange a collection for you, but don't forget if your item's still in working order there are many other greener options to get it reused by someone else.

What to do with old furniture, white goods and bulky rubbish

We aim to keep priority roads and footpaths in Milton Keynes safe and as far as possible free from snow and ice during winter weather.

The process starts in November each year and continues until the last frosts of April.
